By downloading or using FiSense ("the app", "the service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These terms apply to all users of FiSense, including free and premium subscribers.

You must be at least 13 years old to use FiSense. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

FiSense supports two sign-in methods: Google Sign-In and email OTP. You are responsible for keeping your session secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are also responsible for your BIP-39 recovery phrase. This phrase is the only way to recover your encrypted data on a new device. We cannot recover it for you - it is never sent to our servers.

FiSense offers two subscription tiers:

• Free - includes 5 cloud AI parses per day, unlimited local AI parsing (beta), cloud sync, budget tracking, multi-currency support, and up to 7 days of transaction history visible in the app.
• Premium - $12 USD per month. Includes all Free features plus unlimited cloud AI parses and full transaction history visible in the app.

Pricing may change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect.

FiSense requires the READ_SMS and RECEIVE_SMS Android permissions to function. By granting these permissions, you authorize the app to read incoming SMS messages from recognized bank senders only.

You can revoke this permission at any time through Android system settings. Revoking the permission will stop FiSense from detecting new transactions automatically but will not affect previously synced data.

You may not use FiSense to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app (except where permitted by law).
• Circumvent subscription limits or access controls.
• Use the service in a way that could damage, overload, or impair our servers.
• Share your account credentials with others.

FiSense is a personal finance tracking tool, not a financial advisory service. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

Your transaction data is encrypted on your device before it reaches our servers. We have no technical ability to access the content of your financial records. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining access to your recovery phrase. Loss of your recovery phrase may result in permanent loss of access to your encrypted data.

We aim to keep FiSense available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

In local AI mode, core functionality operates without internet connectivity. Cloud features require a working internet connection.

FiSense and its content are owned by FiSENSE. The client-side encryption implementation will be made open source separately. All other code, branding, and design elements remain proprietary.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using FiSense at any time.

Upon termination, your device-side data remains on your device. Server-side data will be deleted upon your request.

FiSense is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, that AI-parsed transactions will be 100% accurate, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

AI parsing accuracy depends on SMS format, bank, and language. Always review auto-parsed transactions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FiSENSE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including data loss or financial decisions made based on app data.

We may update these terms. Continued use of FiSense after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email.
