What counts as a cloud AI parse?
Each bank SMS processed by our cloud AI (Groq or Cerebras, both with zero data retention) counts as one parse. Manual transactions and local AI parses do not count toward the daily limit.
What happens when I hit the 5/day free limit?
New incoming SMS will be queued but not parsed until the next day. Existing transactions are unaffected. You can enable local AI mode (beta) as an alternative - it has no daily limit.
Can I try premium before paying?
The free tier gives you a full experience of the app minus the parse limit and history restriction. We offer a 7-day refund if premium does not meet your needs.
How do I cancel?
Email support@fisense.cc at any time. Your premium access continues until the end of the billing period. No prorated refunds after 7 days.
